What is'nt said in the listing is that this house was formerly a Bordello used by famous Madame Xaveria Hollander (see book amazon.com The happy Hooker. It was frequented by many local long beach politians, local rock stars ect.
Living next to this house, I can now account for my wifes sudden surge in income.
