What I thought I would do today is report on what is currently available in Belmont Heights and Alamitos Beach. So what does this all mean? Let's look at the fact that there are 32 properties in escrow. That means that there are only 3.7 months supply of property. That would be the Belmont Heights & Alamitos Beach market in a buyers market. Remember under 6 months is considered a buyers market. Now the great part is you can still get a place to live for $210,000 in a great area. You may not get to wait to make your decision as a buyer and as long as you are pricing your home competitively you will have a chance at a pool of motivated buyers.
